View On Demand Statement

1. Open your billing portal online.
• Students: Login to My Illinois State, click the Finance tab from the top navigation bar, click on the blue “Pay/Review My Account” button.
• Authorized Users: Navigate to the Student Accounts Homepage and login with your email and password by selecting Authorized User Login.
2. Select “View On Demand Statement” in the “Statements” box
3. Select the term of the statement you would like to view from the drop-down menu.

View Online Statement (Prior to Fall 2021)

Please make sure to disable any pop-up blockers within your browser settings so that your billing statement may load properly. You will need an updated PDF reader to view your bill.

1. Open your billing portal online.
   • Students: Login to My Illinois State, click the Finance tab from the top navigation bar, and select "eStatements" from the Student Accounts section.
   • Authorized Users: Navigate to the Student Accounts Homepage and login with your email and password by selecting Authorized User Login.
2. Click the link below "Your latest eBill Statement".
3. Select the date of the statement you would like to view from the drop-down menu.
4. Click "View". A PDF of your statement will be downloaded to your computer and may automatically open in another window.
