Authorized User Password Reset

If you have attempted to log in more than three times, your account may be locked. To unlock your account, please wait one hour from your last attempted sign in before resetting your password and trying again.

  1. Navigate to the Student Accounts Homepage.
  2. Select Authorized User Login.
  3. Enter in your email address before selecting the link under "Forgot Password".
  4. An automated email will be sent from stuaccts@ilstu.edu containing a temporary password.
  5. Enter in the temporary password below your email. Do not include the brackets.
  6. Enter your new password and update any necessary information in the profile setup.
  7. Click Save.
