Tuition Reimbursement Information
If you need to provide information to your employer for reimbursement, you can get this information online through your Student Account Service Center. Please follow the steps below. The information gathered in these steps has been approved by State Farm Insurance for their employees.
View Itemized Charges and Payments
- Login to My Illinois State
- Select the Finance tab from the top navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Student Accounts section and click "Pay/Review My Account".
- Click "My Account" from the top navigation bar and select "Current Activity".
- Select the semester you would like to view.
- Charges and payments for the selected term are reflected under the Account Activity. Any remaining balance owed is bolded at the bottom.
- If needed, break down each transaction by clicking on the arrow next to the transaction's name.
- Select the print button. Your print out will include Illinois State's letterhead, your name, and all charges, payments, financial aid, and any remaining term balance.
- To save a PDF that includes the required information for an electronic tuition reimbursement letter, please select print. Then, change the printer to "Save as a PDF".
View Grade Report
- Login to My Illinois State
- Select "Student Service Center" from the side navigation bar.
- Select the drop down menu below Academics and select "Grades", then click the arrow button.
- By default, the current term will be displayed. Select "Change Term" to view prior semesters.
- Select the term that you would like to view and click "Continue".
- Displayed will be your semester grades, term GPA, and cumulative GPA.
- To print, select "Printer Friendly Page" and then click CTRL and P. Your printout will include your name, the term at Illinois State University, and the URL address. Please ensure your name is displayed before submitting the document for tuition reimbursement.
- To save a PDF that includes the required information for an electronic tuition reimbursement letter, please select print. Then, change the printer to "Save as a PDF".
