Fall 2025 Withdrawal/Course Drop Dates

The following information is related to Tuition, Mandatory Fees, Outreach Fees and Material Charges and does not include university housing or meal contract charges. Please contact University Housing Services and Campus Dining for information on cancelling your housing and meal contract.

Dropping a Course

A student who drops a course will be charged according to the following schedule for the hours that have been dropped:

75% of tuition and materials plus 100% of fees 8/30/2025 9/12/2025

100% of charges 10/21/2025 End of Term

There will be no reduction in charges for regular session courses dropped after September 12, 2025 unless you withdraw from the university. Any student withdrawing after the eligible refund dates is fully liable for any unpaid amounts needed to conform to this withdrawal policy.

Withdrawal from the University

The amount of reduction is based on the official date of your withdrawal from the University. If you withdraw on or before September 02, 2025, your student insurance fee will be reduced and your coverage will be cancelled as of the beginning of the semester. If you withdraw after September 02, 2025, your student insurance fee will not be reduced and your coverage will be effective for the remainder of the semester. Tuition, mandatory fees, outreach fees and materials will be charged according to this schedule.
